Fundraising Coordinator Job Opening

The Mosaic United partnership development department is expanding!  The fundraising coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day running and good operation of the partnership development department.


  • Administering fundraising database including documenting all donor data and interactions

  • Recording donations and pledges, and following up to ensure donors are thanked

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of donor cultivation, recognition, and stewardship

  • Management and drafting of correspondence

  • Researching prospective donors and foundations

  • Coordinating meetings and international trips, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up

  • Preparing proposals, reports, newsletters, and articles

  • Any other duties as outlined by the head of fundraising or necessary to advance the organization


  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (native-level) and Hebrew (fluent); warm, professional approach in in-person, phone, and written communications

  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect) and proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability and experience with research; fundraising research preferred

  • Preferred: Knowledge of the organized Jewish world and philanthropy

  • Preferred: Grant writing and reporting experience

  • Preferred: Experience with WordPress

  • Preferred: Ability to translate from English to Hebrew

  • Not afraid of repetitive work or handling small details
