Alana Ebin currently serves as the Director of Mosaic Teens, where she oversees the strategic vision and long-term development of initiatives that connect Jewish teens worldwide through meaningful immersive experiences. A dynamic and creative educator, Alana has extensive experience in developing and managing innovative teen engagement programs.
Previously, Alana served as Director of Education at BBYO International, where she gained a reputation for creating impactful programs and building strong community partnerships. She also served as Program Director for Diller Teen Fellows and led the American cohort at Camp Szarvas in Hungary for several summers. Passionate about peoplehood and Diaspora Jewry, Alana has also led programs in diverse locations, including Nepal, Argentina, Chile, and Russia.
Alana holds two master’s degrees from Hebrew University—one in Education and another in International Development from the School of Public Policy. Her combination of academic expertise and a creative approach has resulted in the successful implementation of several high-impact projects, such as an international teen travel program and an innovative integration model for Israeli and diaspora teens.
