Avia is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Mosaic United. As part of her duties, Avia is responsible for coordinating and managing schedules, meetings and travel, document preparation, and project management. Avia has a diverse background, and she previously served as a project coordinator in the Office of the Vice Chairman of the World Zionist Organization, where she managed projects, produced events, and coordinated collaborations with organizations and suppliers. She also worked as an instructor in the "Grein Zabar" program for new immigrants. Avia comes from a background of informal education and leadership development and has held command positions in the IDF as commander for special populations. She is fluent in Hebrew and English and brings with her strong organizational and communication skills.
