Ayala Laub Waltuch is the Director of Campus Initiatives & Strategy at Mosaic United, where she leads the overarching strategy and implementation of campus programming globally. In this role, she also manages key partnerships, ensuring alignment with Mosaic’s vision and working to expand its impact through collaborative efforts.Ayala serves as a strategic thought partner for Mosaic’s current and future programs. She develops proposals, business plans, and potential KPIs for future initiatives while managing research, special projects, and partner engagement.
With over 12 years of nonprofit experience, particularly in Jewish and Israel-related organizations, Ayala specializes in informal education, strategy development, and government advocacy. Her leadership roles have included Director of Programming & Organizational Development and Managing Director. An expert in the Israeli healthcare system, she spent more than five years advocating for new immigrants’ access to healthcare and building collaborative partnerships with NGOs and philanthropic foundations. Her government experience includes policy-shaping work with Israel’s Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs.
Known for her creativity, strategic thinking, and passion, Ayala holds a Bachelor's Degree in Jewish History from Bar Ilan University and a certification in Senior Non-Profit Professional Management. She lives in the suburbs of Jerusalem with her husband and five sons.
