Elisheva Kupferman serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Mosaic United, where she leads strategy on transformative initiatives to deepen Jewish engagement and strengthen global Jewish connections. With a clear strategic vision, Elisheva leads the research and development of new initiatives, builds partnerships, and collaborates closely with the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and other key stakeholders to advance the organization's mission.
In her previous role as an Israel Educator and Strategic Planner at MAKOM, the Israel Education unit of the Jewish Agency for Israel, Elisheva was a driving force in creating educational content and coordinating strategic planning and fundraising efforts. She has held a variety of leadership positions at the youth movement Bnei Akiva of North America and held roles in research, project management, and nonprofit administration, consistently demonstrating her ability to lead, inspire, and drive organizational success.
Elisheva's academic achievements include an M.A. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from The Hebrew University and a B.A. in Psychology and Jewish History from Bar-Ilan University. She has continued her professional development and distinctions in various arenas, including the Kolot Fellowship most recently. Elisheva currently resides in Efrat, Israel with her husband and their four children.
