Eyal Buchnik is the Operations Manager of the Teen pillar at Mosaic United, where he oversees teen travel programs and collaborates with Jewish organizations around the world to create impactful educational experiences. With extensive experience in educational program management, Eyal has worked as an Educational Manager for FZY’s Israel Tour and as a Jewish Agency Shaliach at Rutgers University, engaging students in Israel advocacy and community-building. He has also managed mentorship projects at Perach and led immersive summer camp experiences at Ramah in the Rockies.

Eyal holds a B.A. in Education and Jewish History from the University of Haifa. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, staying active through sports, and writing literature. His passion for fostering Jewish identity and building connections between youth and Israel drives his work at Mosaic United.
