Malachi Levinger

Director of Government Relations

Malachi Levinger grew up in Kiryat Arba. He served in the Paratroopers Brigade during his IDF military service and then became an Israeli emissary (shaliach) after his service, sending him on missions to Ukraine and Russia. Malachi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ariel University and a Master's degree in Administration and Public Policy from the Hebrew University. He is also a graduate of the Maoz program in conjunction with Harvard University.

From 2008 to 2018, Malachi served as the Head of the Kiryat Arba Local Council, where he further developed his extensive experience in government relations. With over 20 years of experience working in government relations, building joint ventures, and leading government decisions on national issues, Malachi has gained a deep understanding of government operations and has developed a strategic approach in advancing significant initiatives. Malachi is also a dedicated family man, he is married and has six children and three grandchildren.
