Michal is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in audit, consulting, and financial management across the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Mosaic United, she spent 14 years managing a consulting department at KPMG Somekh Chaikin, where she led audit and advisory work for leading Israeli companies, government ministries, and the Accountant General’s Headquarters. Her expertise includes internal audits, fraud investigations, risk management, financial controls, and organizational process improvement. Michal also served as Head of the Financial Controls and Budget Division at the National Insurance Institute of Israel (Bituach Leumi), overseeing complex budgeting and financial control processes.
