Driven by a passion for advancing Jewish life through innovation, creative thinking, and meaningful human connection, Omer Shalev serves as Vice President of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Mosaic United. He works with organizations worldwide to develop new approaches to strengthening young people’s connection to their Jewish roots and to Israel through informal education. He enjoys setting bold visions, shaping creative strategies, and turning them into impactful realities.

Previously, Omer led Mosaic United’s Israelis Abroad portfolio, working to build and strengthen Israeli communities and foster meaningful connections between Israelis and Jewish communities worldwide. This role was a natural continuation of his earlier work revitalizing Jewish life in Ireland and nurturing a thriving Jewish community in Dublin, where he developed strategic partnerships, expanded community engagement, and led a wide range of educational and cultural initiatives.

Omer thrives in roles where he can bring people together, inspire engagement, and create meaningful, lasting change through innovative thinking and effective leadership.

He holds a Master of Arts in Art Studies from Ben-Gurion University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, and a Diploma in Leadership & Management from UCD Professional Academy.
