Driven by a passion for connecting people and building communities, Omer Shalev leads the Israelis Abroad Pillar at Mosaic United, helping Israeli communities worldwide strengthen their ties to their Jewish roots, Israel, and local networks. He enjoys setting big visions, crafting creative strategies, and turning them into impactful realities.

His journey includes bringing new energy to Jewish life in Ireland by fostering a thriving Jewish community in Dublin, where he developed strategic partnerships, increased community engagement, and implemented various educational and cultural initiatives. He also directed communications and external relations for the Israel Prison Service and led a team in the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, creating visual storytelling and media content that shaped the public perception of the military both in Israel and globally.

Omer thrives in roles where he can bring people together, inspire engagement, and create meaningful, lasting change through innovative thinking and effective leadership.

He holds a Master of Arts in Art Studies from Ben-Gurion University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, and a Diploma in Leadership & Management from UCD Professional Academy.
