Shira serves as the Organizational Process Manager at Mosaic United, leveraging her extensive background in nonprofit and governmental program management to optimize operational strategies and enhance organizational impact. Her journey in the Jewish educational world began with the Jewish Agency as a youth movement Shaliacha in Cape Town, South Africa, where she fostered Israel advocacy and led community-building and educational initiatives for diverse age groups.
Since then, Shira has taken on pivotal roles, including as an operations coordinator with the Jewish Agency and within the talent management and career development team at the Israeli Civil Service Commission. She holds a BA in Communications, Journalism, and International Relations and an MA in Public Policy, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Known for her strategic thinking, leadership in informal education, and dedication to operational excellence, Shira continues to drive initiatives that promote streamlined processes and improved efficiency across the organization.
