Operations Manager

Location: Jerusalem Office (hybrid)
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer


Mosaic United is a strategic partnership between the State of Israel and global Jewry, dedicated to strengthening Jewish identity and connection to Israel among young Jews worldwide. Through funding, capacity-building, and educational standards, Mosaic supports a diverse network of organizations that expand the reach and impact of Jewish engagement programs.

The Operations Manager will play a key role in strengthening organizational effectiveness across Mosaic. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the COO, CSO, and CFO, the Operations Manager will support process improvement, systems optimization, contract and vendor management, compliance, and cross-functional initiatives that enable the organization to operate efficiently and scale its impact.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. They will combine hands-on execution with a continuous improvement mindset, helping drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities


Operations & Process Improvement
  • Manage and optimize organizational systems, including Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and effective adoption across teams.
  • Develop and improve organizational processes for reporting, contracting, procurement, program management, and compliance.
  • Monitor operational effectiveness, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance organizational performance.
  • Support teams in adopting new workflows, tools, and best practices while ensuring consistent implementation of organizational procedures.
Systems & Technology
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, process automation, and adoption of AI tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and data-driven processes.
  • Coordinate implementation and adoption of new systems and support data management, IT, and information security effor
COO & Organizational Support
  • Serve as a key operational partner to the COO and CSO, supporting strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documentation, reports, dashboards, and organizational records.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support across the organization.
Vendor, Contract & Compliance Management
  • Coordinate vendor, consultant, and service provider relationships, including onboarding, contract administration, and performance tracking.
  • Support procurement processes, tenders, and contract management, ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
  • Maintain accurate organizational records and identify operational risks and compliance gaps.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Experience improving processes, managing organizational systems, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Experience with contracts, procurement, compliance, or vendor management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
